POORLY MANAGED & BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
We searched their site for STRAWBERRY & PEACH WINE BASE
The results showed a strawberry & peach wine kit which we then ordered enough to make 50 gals .
Upon receipt we noticed this was NOT THE FRUIT STRAWBERRY & PEACH WINE BASE BUT GRAPE WINE WITH FLAVORING & CORN-SYRUP.
This was in no way what we wanted !
THE DESCRIPTION SHOULD SAY GRAPE WINE WITH ADDED FRUIT FLAVORING “ normal & standard label practices
After 2 weeks of emails & slow responses they agreed to take the return but WE HAD TO PAY EXTREMELY COSTLY RETURN SHIPPING ON SOMETHING THAT WAS THEIR FAULT .

After 2 weeks of emails & slow responses they agreed to take the return but WE HAD TO PAY EXTREMELY COSTLY RETURN SHIPPING ON SOMETHING THAT WAS THEIR FAULT .

I cant say enough about these guys - I am so pleased with my order and the service I received. I am currently on lockdown with the pandemic in full swing and decided to dust off my hobbies and pick up brewing again for the first time over a decade. These guys were the cheapest price on the internet for everything I ordered after doing a ton of shopping around. I ended up ordering more items as I tested my old equipment and found issues that needed replacing and repair. Due to the jam up and delays with covid they were able to grab my order off the shelf and make sure the extra items made it in the same box before it shipped to save me even more money.
Things were delayed with the pandemic, so be ready for that if you're ordering now. BUT - call them up if you've got questions or issues, they have killer customer service and have been working until 1 and 4am in the morning to deal with all the business they're getting from the sale they're running.
Thank you label peelers - you will be my go to from here out for hops and upgrades.

I’m usually not motivated to write a review about a store unless I’m extremely unhappy with it. I take exception here. I’m always happy with Label Peelers. If I can’t find an item elsewhere, I can usually find it at Label Peelers. The store’s sales and customer service can’t be beat either. It is always a pleasure dealing with the people there, even during unfortunate circumstances. I recently placed an order during one of its store-wide 40% off sales and the item arrived damaged while being shipped. Label Peelers replaced the product quickly and without a hassle. I wish I could say that about all stores.

I've ordered form Label Peelers for years and have always been satisfied - great prices, fast shipping and excellent customer service. But their rewards program suddenly disappeared recently without warning - as did the reward coupons/discounts I had earned. Pretty lousy way to screw your customers.

I placed my order yesterday morning and the package arrived this afternoon! Great price and the fastest shipping that I've ever experienced! I couldn't find an item purchased among the 7 boxes, so I called the company. As luck would have it, the person who packaged it remembered doing so and helped me locate the item! If that isn't amazing customer service, then I don't know what is! Highly recommend this company.

After I got confirmation within a few minutes that the order was shipped, I wrote to them asking if they could add another 5 bottles of 1 oz of a product that they carried. I did not get any response. I assumed that it was probably too late. When the order was delivered to me within 48 hours, I noticed the package contained the 5 bottles that I had asked. They just gave it to me for free. They claim on their web-site that they are doing business to make a living and not a killing, and they are 100% right about that. I will patronize their store any day, and highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for your fantastic service.

No one beats these guys on wine kit prices, fast shipping and customer service. They are simply the best. Their wine kit sales are super! Their new web site now provides customer reviews which is a big plus - saves me from searching the net for reviews of products I'm considering buying.
